Cranberry Wild Rice Pilaf
Perfect for holidays, church socials, school potlucks or any festive occasion, this fruity hot dish contains lots of Grade A wild rice, hearty barley, and tangy cranberries. Our one-pot recipe is ready in just over 1 hour. I prepare it the day after Thanksgiving with all those little shreds of turkey. Wheat-free and low salt.
