Saguaro Muchacho Blankets

The Saguaro is the largest and most recognized cactus in the world, and symbol of the desert Southwest. Its upraised arms bloom with white flowers in the spring, red fruit in the summer and protective spines year-round. In the right conditions, these slow-growing giants rise to 60 feet and live for 200 years. This design was inspired by these Southwestern giants, and a blanket from Pendleton's earliest years. Serrated bands show the arrival of dusk in the Sonoran desert, as the setting sun plays across the sand, cacti and mountains. Just crib size, but so warm it will be taken wherever the little muchacho or muchacha goes. Made of our softest wool. A treasured baby gift when customized with embroidery. Napped, felt-bound. 82% pure virgin wool/18% cotton. Dry clean. Made in the USA.
